Scope
These terms apply to the osb.lol website, the OSB bot and the OSB Manager app, provided by Corevider. By using the site or the apps you accept these terms.
Licence
OSB and OSB Manager are free software, at no cost. You use each under its own licence.
- OSB is released under the GNU General Public License, version 2.0 or later (GPL-2.0-or-later). You may use, change and share it; a version you share has to stay under the same licence, with its source code. The full licence is on GitHub.
- OSB Manager is released under the GNU General Public License, version 3.0 (GPL-3.0). The full licence is on GitHub.
- The logo, ornaments and paintings on this site were made for OSB and may not be used for another product without permission.
No warranty
OSB and OSB Manager are provided "as is". There is no warranty that they will work, be free of errors or fit a particular purpose. This matches the warranty disclaimer of the GPL. Some new options have only been tested in simulation; the release notes say so each time. You use the software at your own risk, as far as the law allows.
Game rules and your account
- OSB is not affiliated with Joymax, GAMEGAMI or the opensro.online operators. They set and enforce the game's rules.
- Using automation in the game may break its rules. Reading and following them is your responsibility.
- We cannot be held responsible for action taken against your account, or for lost items, gold or progress.
- Your password stays on your own computer. Keeping your computer and user account secure is up to you.
Using the site, the form and reports
The apps send no data to us until you agree; the only exception is a report you look at and send yourself. Use the form, reports and GitHub issues in good faith: no spam, abuse, illegal content or other people's personal data. Form submissions are rate limited; requests over the limit are refused for a while. Abusive entries are deleted. How your data is handled is on the Privacy page.
Trademarks
Silkroad Online, Joymax, GAMEGAMI and opensro.online names and trademarks belong to their owners. They are mentioned on this site only to describe the game and compatibility.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for direct or indirect loss arising from your use of OSB, OSB Manager or this site. Liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, is not affected.
Your rights as a consumer
Your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK, the EU or Turkey are not affected by these terms. Nothing in these terms removes or narrows them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, which a contract cannot change.
